Rafique, known as ‘Raf’ by his diners, is the man behind the success of the Maharaja. Having been in the industry for more than 25 years, of which 15 years have been spent owning and running the Maharaja, he accepts nothing short of first class service and insists on pure quality of food. This insistence has seen the Maharaja grow with a record number of diners coming through our doors the past year and a full refurbishment of the restaurant to meet this need.
